Two schemes in one

The regeneration of Dalston will be delivered through two construction projects, which together will leave a lasting legacy.

The new public square will link the two sites.

• Transport for London will build a new station with improved rail links and bus interchange. Above the new station will be shops and new homes.
• Hackney Council’s Dalston Lane South site which is bounded by Beechwood Road and Forest Road will provide more homes, shops and a new library and archive.
